Hey, I`m Shavaine Brown, a dynamic Full-Stack Web Developer & IT Support Specialist with a for passion for transforming concepts into impactful solutions and solving technical issues. In my nearly 2 years as a Help Desk Technician, I`ve fine-tuned my skills in delivering seamless technical support and navigating the intricacies of system configurations.

My journey extends into the realm of entrepreneurship with Clearency Software, where I`ve been engaged in freelance web development for small businesses. Beyond the present, I`m driven by the ambition to craft innovative SaaS products that anticipate and address emerging industry needs.

Proficient in C# & Javascript, my expertise is focused on web development, leveraging technologies like React.js and Node.js. Databases I use include PostgreSQL, SQLite, and SQL Server, as my canvas for structuring data with efficiency. Git proficiency and a commitment to OOP and Functional programming methodologies shape my approach.

My current passion revolves around AI-driven business applications, particularly in the hospitality sector. Noteworthy achievements include establishing the Help Desk Technician Role, implementing streamlined ticketing systems, and successfully refactoring a recruitment center web application.
